Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • руководство юридическим отделом филиала
  • разработка типовых форм договоров для осуществления деятельности филиала;
  • разработка правил, инструкций, регламентов для осуществления деятельности филиала;
  • взаимодействие с поставщиками (заключение договоров, сопровождение сделки);
  • обеспечение сделок: залог движимого и недвижимого имущества, поручительство;
  • согласование договоров и иных внутренних документов организации;
  • представлять интересы организации в суде, перед проверяющими органами.

Наши пожелания к кандидату:

  • высшее образование на направлению "Юриспруденция";
  • стаж работы в строительной отрасли на руководящей должности;
  • знание договоров подряда, оказания услуг, купли-продажи (поставки) и иных договоров;
  • знание норм гражданского, административного, трудового, арбитражно-процессуального, градостроительного права;
  • опыт судебного представительства.
