Responsible for managing established budget, participates in the creation and tracking of project budgets. Position requires strict adherence to budget management and guidelines of both the assigned department and the institution.\n Facilitates problem-solving, decision-making and change management, taking prudent actions to accomplish project objectives under minimal supervision \nCalls upon experience to manage projects and is competent in the implementation of project results \nApplies negotiations skills characterized by entrepreneurial thinking \nMust have strong business acumen and ability to work with diverse functions and build relationships \nMay require matrix supervision, and evaluation of staff from other departments, divisions, and contractors/vendors \nMay have direct and indirect reports \nEnsures demonstrating the project focused culture and advises other staff regarding PM practices methods and standards \nPerforms additional job functions as detailed by immediate supervisor \nEnsures project documents, plans, and data are relevant, complete, updated, and stored appropriately \nPrepares project reports on a regular basis Accountabilities \nPlans, directs, coordinates and delivers project activities through the project life cycle \nEnsure the management of established budget and participation in the creation and tracking of project budget \nEnsures timely achievement of project objectives and completion in accordance with the budget and in conformance to the SSMC Enterprise Transformation project management methodologies and standards \n Experience :- \nRequired: \n7-8 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role with 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge with Project Management training. Must have or be in the process of getting a formal project management designation (PMP or Prince 2). Desired: \nExperience in a large healthcare facility.
