This person will play a critical role in supporting projects within the industry for a diverse list of leading-edge clients. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.\nAssist Sr. Project Managers and/or Project Manager with day to day project tasks, staffing to fee, work plans, schedules, budgets, etc.\nAssist in preparing project plans, budgets, control procedures, etc.\nManage one to two discipline \"small\" projects. (Under the supervision of a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager).\nAudits client billings for Project Manager approval.\nMay be the primary communication link between project teams, consultants and outsourcing partners.\nFollows established procedures to effectively administer project, (i.e., construction cost estimating, correspondence, documents controls, etc.)\nCommunicates client's requirements to each discipline.\nParticipates on client contact and business development activities.\nParticipates in preparing proposals.\nAssist in the collection of past due accounts.\nMay assist in the training of other Assistant Project Managers or project team members to familiarize them with SSOE or the client's specific requirements.\nMay attend client meetings to take meeting minutes and prepare for distribution.\nAssist in logging Request for Information, (RFI), submittals, filing and productivity weekly project reports.\nAssist in coordinating meetings and establishes all paper flow and document control with client, contractors, regulatory agencies and others involved.\nMay travel to other SSOE offices and/or client locations for coordination purposes or to provide training.\nCoordinates printing and processing of bulletin and addendum assembly with Project Management Assistant, (PMA). Coordinates all printing, assembly and distribution of construction documents being issued for bids.\nCoordinate the completion and distribution of client as-recorded drawings and project close out documents.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nValid driver's license required.
