This person will support local clients, but also with expectation to virtually support project teams in other locations as well. Collaboration, accountability, and top-notch training are building blocks we use to set you up for success. Using sound engineering practices, this role will support clients in the chemical industry. The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. \nLeading engineering studies, write reports, develop and complete engineering calculations.\nPerform or assist with the development of PFDs and P&IDs, process calculations, equipment specifications, and procurement.\nProvide engineering oversite and checking of process deliverables. \nCoordinate with multi-discipline engineering and design teams to complete necessary project tasks.\nAssist in the creation of bid packages.\nPerform field work to support the above responsibilities.\n.\nQualifications\nBachelor Degree in Mechanial Engineering, which qualifies for licensure in the state of practice.\nProfessional Engineering Licensure (PE) or tracked to becoming PE.\n10+ years of working experience required.\nExposure to chemical plants, metals processing, food, beverage or consumer product plants, and/or other related industrial settings strongly preferred.\nDust Collection or experience with Dust Hazard Analysis is a plus.\nProduct Packaging experience is a plus.\nExperience with a chemical simulation program, such as ChemCAD or Aspen.\nExperience using Pipe Flo or AFT Fathom a plus.\nAbility to work in a client-facing role while partnering with contractors and vendors.\nExperience with building codes and chemical storage requirements.\nExperience with utility system equipment and distribution systems.\nExperience with industrial wastewater treatment a plus.\nSalary Range: $120,000-140,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications
