- Опыт работы с документацией и нотациями: BPMN, UML, Use Cases, User Stories, Sequence Diagram.
- Опыт участия в запуске AI-продуктов / AI-агентов, желательно в финтехе, мобильном банкинге или финансовой аналитике;
- Понимание LLM, AI-ассистентов, AI-агентов и типовых AI-сценариев: классификация, извлечение данных, саммаризация, генерация текста;
- Сильная коммуникация со стейкхолдерами, командой разработки, ML / DS / DevOps, английский от B2;
- Опыт сбора, анализа и формализации требований, постановки задач команде разработки, тестирования и приёмки решений.
