Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nMaintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions.\nEnsure smooth equipment operation and process flow-delivering high quality, high yield, and low cost-by working closely with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed production targets.\nProvide real-time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations.\nManage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC).\nWork with Engineer to perform analysis and follow-up on all reported fab yields and D0 problems\nFollow up on PM/CM qualifications to ensure equipment operates within specifications and can be returned to Manufacturing in the shortest possible time.\nAssist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization for product and process industrialization.\nWork with Engineer to ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in the system.\nManage and follow up on Lots on Hold.\nCarry out Process Qualifications and Evaluations (trial runs) for SWR or split lots.\nEnsure proper passdown with all process/tool details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the passdown report\nEngage and participate in continuous improvement projects.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nDiploma in relevant engineering\nMinimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering.\nProactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment.\nGood communication and reporting skills\nFast learner of new technical issues\nEngineering data analysis skills\nMulti-tasking ability\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
