technical issues\nDemonstrated technical knowledge and strong troubleshoot skills\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\nAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal\nDiploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or relevant field\nAdditional certification in Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus\nAble to support and
