You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT solutions, infrastructure management, and support services to meet the needs of the company and our customers.\nBe Part of Our Success\nManage the maintenance of services projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.\nTo ensure the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.\nTo foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector\nManage the department staff well-being and plan for their training programs\nSpearhead the development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEM or otherwise.\nDevelop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies. Establish and build new competencies with induction of new systems. \nLead cross Dept/Div/Bu/LOB response to customer request and incidents.
