Your work will have a global impact as we empower customers through advanced communications, intelligent sensors, and the deployment of AI-enabled Edge applications for mission-critical roles.\nTogether, We Can Make A Significant Impact\nWe are looking for a skilled Assistant / Principal Electrical & Electronics Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced electronics for next-generation laser and electro-optical systems.\nIn this role, you will lead the development of high-voltage power supplies, laser drivers, and control electronics, while ensuring robust system performance from prototyping through integration and validation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions in a dynamic R&D environment.\nBe Part of Our Success\nLead the design, development, and integration of high-voltage power supplies, laser drivers, thermal controllers, safety interlocks and other control electronics for advanced laser and electro-optics systems.\nPerform prototyping, testing, integration of sensors, diagnostics and safety modules.\nPerform PCB design, simulation and layout reviews, and troubleshooting during prototyping, integration and system validation.\nEnsure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and manage signal integrity for designs.\nCollaborate with system, mechanical, software and optical engineers to ensure electrical and electronic designs meet performance and operational requirements.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive and accurate technical documentation, including design records, test reports, and validation data, ensuring compliance with configuration management and industry standards.\nQualities We Value\nKnowledge in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in power electronics and control systems for advanced laser or electro-optics systems.\nStrong background in PCB design and simulation tools (Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, LTSpice).\nFamiliar with embedded systems, analog and digital circuits, and thermal management strategies.\nDeep understanding of laser drivers, power conditioning, and electronics for advanced laser or electro-optics systems is strongly preferred.\nUnderstanding laser safety standards and EMI/EMC best practices is a plus.\nStrong analytical and debugging skills for rapid development and testing cycles.\nAble to balance design robustness with rapid prototyping for R&D applications.\nExcellent documentation and system thinking for traceability and configuration control.\nEffective communicator with cross-discipline engineers to support integration and testing.\nAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams toward shared objectives.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in both lab and field
