This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge defence aviation technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement avionics systems and sub-systems in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and test personnel to ensure seamless integration of avionics components.\nPerform system requirement analysis, design reviews, and verification to validate system performance and reliability.\nLead and support troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of avionics system issues during development and operational phases.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation including system specifications, interface control documents, and test procedures.\nEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project milestones are met within schedule and budget.\nStay abreast of technological advances in avionics and recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems.\nCandidate Profile\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.\nPreferably experienced in avionics systems design, integration, and testing within the aerospace or defence sectors.\nStrong understanding of avionics standards such as DO-178, DO-254, ARINC protocols, and MIL-STD requirements will be an added advantage.\nFamiliarity with system engineering processes, including requirements management, system modelling, and validation techniques.\nProficiency in using engineering tools and simulation software relevant to avionics system development.\nExcellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.\nAbility to work collaboratively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment\nEntry level candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
