Technology, or a related discipline.\n15-20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management, process improvement, or related areas.\nProven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.\nGood knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR modules.\nExperience implementing HR Technology, digital solutions and driving change across large complex organizations.\nExperience using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataiku, Google Enterprise AI etc.\nExperience working with HR processes, employee experience programmes, and HR technology platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.\nExperience in running pilots, proof-of-concepts, user testing, deployment and value tracking.\nAbility to evaluate AI solutions based on scalability, security, usability, integration complexity, cost and business
