data governance or enterprise analytics.\nStrong understanding of SuccessFactors, workforce data models and HR reporting environments.\nExperience translating analytics into executive-level business insights.\nExperience leading enterprise data management or workforce intelligence initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.\nExperience working across global and matrixed
