This role involves working on mission-critical defence and security technologies aimed at detecting, identifying, tracking, and neutralizing UAS threats.\nThe ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of leading integration efforts across multiple subsystems (sensors, effectors, software, and communications), and comfortable working in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Prior experience or exposure to machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) is a significant advantage.\nBe Part of Our Success\nContribute to the design, development, and integration of electrical and electronic systems within the C-UAS architecture.\nPerform system-level integration and testing, ensuring interoperability of radar, RF sensors, optical systems, command & control, and effector components.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and RF engineers to ensure full system functionality.\nSupport deployment and operational testing of C-UAS platforms, including field testing and troubleshooting.\nParticipate in researching and developing efforts for emerging technologies, particularly in Radar, RF, ML, and AI for C-UAS applications.\nDocument system designs, integration procedures, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.\nBe prepared to support critical operations and events, which may require working extended hours on short notice.\nQualities We Value\nKnowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Systems Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in systems integration, preferably in Defence, aerospace, or high-tech industries.\nProficient in hardware integration and troubleshooting of sensors, RF systems, and embedded electronics.\nExperience in real-time system integration and field-testing environments.\nFamiliar with system-level requirements analysis, interface definition, and verification processes.\nKnowledge or experience in machine learning, computer vision, or AI-based threat detection.\nExperience with RF propagation, radar systems, and signal processing techniques.\nExposure to military or security-grade system development processes (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.).\nHands-on experience with prototyping, test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.), and data acquisition tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently or in a collaborative team environment.\nWillingness to work in high-pressure and dynamic environments.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nAble and willing to support field trials, critical operations, and mission-driven deployments, including outside regular work hours, if necessary.\nSingaporean only\nOur
