You will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain electromechanical systems in the Defence sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs meet safety standards, functionality requirements, and timelines.\nBe Part of Our Success\nCarry out fault diagnostic checks for mechanical and electromechanical equipment (e.g., engines, HVAC systems, gear assemblies).\nPerform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.\nConduct engineering studies and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to enhance the overall reliability of systems.\nLead the collaboration with internal teams and local industry to develop local repair capability.\nGenerate engineering studies report, design documents, mechanical drawings, and other technical documentation as required.\nEnsure all designs and deliverables are in compliance with local regulatory standards.\nSupport Head of Department in secondary and administrative tasks.\nQualities We Value\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechatronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering).
