implementation, and management of digital learning platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms).\nBe Part of Our Success\nSupport the leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.\nCoordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems and digital content.\nEngage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and AI-based learning tools.\nAnalyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.\nOversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.\nSupport the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.\nMaintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.\nQualities We Value\nBachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProven experience in managing learning technology projects or digital learning solutions preferably within the training and learning sector.\nStrong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging digital learning trends.\nExceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nAnalytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.\nProactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and technological innovation.\nUnderstanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.\nAwareness of AI applications within learning technologies and
