Manage all hot-works, painting and incompatible jobs onboard to ensure safety of personnel and property are not endangered.\nMeet repairs / refit schedules by planning, and closely monitoring projects’ critical paths. \nProject man hour monitoring and cost control to ensure intended project GP margins are achieved.\nDevelop good working relationship with customers and maintaining a teamwork showing high interests.\nSolve daily conflicts at ground level by monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting the master schedule.\nClosely liaise with classification societies, ship owners, owner specialist engineers, vessel crew and ship agents to ensure successful completion of the project meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations.\nMeet commercial / naval contractual commitments and quality of repaired ship.\nCapture additional works and raise work list and provide information to Commercial Dept for more competitive pricing.\nAcieve best customer satisfaction without any negative feedbacks from the customer.\nActive involvement of company smart yard, digitalization, innovation and AI projects.\nRequirements:\nDegree/Diploma in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering.\nMin. 5 to 7 years experience in project management for ship repairs in similar capacity from marine / heavy industries.\nPossess a valid SRM Certificate\nExperience in chairing VSCC meetings.\nExperience in diverse types of vessels such as Dredgers, Offshore vessels, Containers, Tankers etc.\nAble to make appropriate decisions and judgments, decisive and take proper actions.\nAble to lead and manage ship repair, construction and conversion projects independently.\nWilling to work late at times and during weekends.\nProficiency in MS Office\nProficient in report writing and preparing project schedules using MS Projects, Primavera etc\nGood communication skills when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders\nOther Information:\nLocation: 55 Gul Road (Island-wide company transport provided)\n5 days work week\nWorking Hours: 7.25am to
