negotiations, and commercial discussions.\nEstablish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.\nMonitor and improve supplier performance.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Programme Management, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams.\nSupport project teams in resolving procurement and supply chain issues.\nProvide procurement recommendations to support business and programme decisions.\nRisk & Commercial Management\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact project delivery.\nManage critical procurement issues and supplier escalations.\nDrive cost optimization, value engineering, and productivity initiatives.\nSupport budget planning and cost management activities.\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and governance requirements.\nMaintain proper sourcing documentation and contract records.\nSupport internal and external audits when required.\nRequirements\nEducation\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or programme management.\nProven experience managing procurement activities in complex engineering, manufacturing, defence, transportation, or technology environments.\nStrong track record in supplier management, contract negotiation, and project execution.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills\nStrong commercial and business acumen.\nExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nProject management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
