and mentorship to junior engineers and support leadership in project planning and execution.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Engineering Product Development, Engineering Systems and Design and/or a related discipline.\n Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Solidworks) will be highly advantageous.\nProficiency in analysing material performance and applying engineering principles to solve complex challenges.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments.\nProblem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.\nExperience with project management and familiarity with quality systems will be advantageous.\n Willing to travel for field testing and supplier
