Transportation Safety Assessment Report (PHST SAR).Assessment will include software safety and AI safety, where applicable.\n Perform system safety tasks such as Preliminary Hazard List (PHL), Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), System Hazard Analysis (SHA), Subsystem Hazard Analysis (SSHA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Safety Critical Items/Characteristics Identification, Safety Requirements Identification, Development, Allocation and Verification activities, particularly for company products\nAnalyze various types of engineering systems to identify hazards, assess risks and recommend control measures to eliminate or reduce mishap risks.\nTrack and manage hazards throughout the system and product development lifecycle, ensuring closure of safety actions and verification of risk control measures.\nEvaluate Engineering Change Requests to assess impact on safety.\nSupport Non-Conformance Material Requests to evaluate impact on safety.\nSupportstandardisation and enhancement of processes and methodologies for system safety.\nJob Requirements:\nDegree preferably in Systems, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace or related Engineering disciplines.\nRelevant engineering experience in system design, product development, systems engineering, testing, reliability, safety engineering or related disciplines.\nGood communication and technical writing skills.\nAble to interact well in diverse team environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex engineering systems.\nMeticulous, self-motivated and able to learn and apply new knowledge within a short period of time.\nProficient in Microsoft M365.\nFamiliarity with the following will be an added advantage:\n Systems Engineering, Software Safety, AI Safety and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\n Hazard Analysis techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) or similar
