This is a senior technical leadership role where you will drive system-level decisions, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful execution from concept through deployment. You will play a key role in shaping system design, managing complexity, and delivering high-performance solutions in demanding operational environments.\nBe Part of Our Success\nTranslate operational requirements into technical specifications and lead the systems engineering process from concept to deployment.\nDefine system architecture, functional requirements, and performance specifications for advanced laser and electro-optics systems.\nDesign systems considering electrical, thermal management, mechanical stability and safety compliance.\nLead multidisciplinary development activities and ensure technical alignment across all subsystems.\nLead prototyping, testing, and integration of electronics, mechanical, optical and software subsystems into a coherent system.\nConduct and oversee system-level testing, validation, and field deployment to ensure that performance and operational requirements are met.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive and accurate technical documentation, including design records, test reports, and validation data, ensuring compliance with configuration management and industry standards.\nQualities We Value\nKnowledge in Systems Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering of advanced laser or electro-optics systems.\nProven experience in requirements engineering, system design reviews, and verification/validation plans.\nSolid understanding of optics, lasers, and electro-optical systems to effectively lead system integration and design decisions.\nFamiliarity with systems engineering practices including requirements traceability, interface definition, and verification planning.\nStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, thermal and safety considerations in advanced laser and electro-optics design.\nHands-on experience in advanced laser and electro-optics performance testing.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across engineering domains.\nProficiency in optical design tools and simulation software.\nStrong leadership and technical coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.\nAbility to translate customer needs into engineering requirements and solutions.\nSkilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.\nComfortable with ambiguity in early R&D stages, and able to structure complexity.\nAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams toward shared objectives.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in both lab and field settings.\nTeam-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams toward shared objectives.\nEffective Communication: Clear and concise communication across engineering
