stocks.\nAdvanced Material Planning and Forecasting\nUtilize statistical analysis, consumption trends, EUC, and lead time data to develop accurate material forecasts.\nApply provisioning models to align material readiness with dynamic operational needs and service-level agreements.\nLeverage Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and to recommend proactive material replenishment actions.\nInventory Lifecycle Management\nPerform periodic stock reviews using analytics tools to trigger replenishment, prevent overstocking, and optimize working capital.\nAnalyze inventory value, MOQs, EOQs, and shelf-life parameters to maintain optimal inventory health.\nIdentify and reduce legacy and obsolete inventory through cross-department engagement and structured rundown planning.\nProject-Based Material Alignment\nCollaborate with project managers and engineers to translate project milestones into detailed materials projections.\nContinuously update material plans based on evolving project schedules and scope changes.\nTrack variances between forecast and actual usage, driving timely resolution of material shortfalls.\nStakeholder Engagement and Communication\nFacilitate monthly stock health review meetings with stakeholders from logistics, procurement, engineering, and operations.\n Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve SNCA (Stock Not Consumed After allocation) and expired material issues through coordinated action plans.\nReport key metrics and insights using Power BI visualizations to support executive-level reviews and audit readiness.\nData Analytics and Reporting\nDeveLifecycle Managementlop and maintain automated dashboards to monitor material consumption trends, usage patterns, and supply performance.\nUtilize Power BI for predictive analytics to flag potential material risks and to support continuous improvement in planning accuracy.\nJob Requirements:\nDegree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\nMust have good communication, interpersonal skills and be pro-active\nExperience with databases and spreadsheets and SAP S4/ Hana\nAbility to create digital
