CNC Milling Setter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

  • Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and machining parameters.

  • Perform inspection and make necessary machine/tool adjustments.

  • Troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant CNC Milling Setter experience.

  • Experienced in Fanuc and Mazak control systems.

  • Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.

  • Familiar with tooling, work offsets, and machining parameters.

  • Able to use precision measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.

  • Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
