Join us and start the future!\nYOUR ROLE\nST is excited to welcome a Hardware and Software Design Intern at our ST office located in Santa Clara, CA.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nBoard development using PCB tools to create schematics and PCBs \nSoftware development to communicate to hardware (microcontroller and power devices)\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nWorking towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field\nSolid electronics background in:- Analog, digital and power electronics (up to a few kW)\n- Regulators (linear, switching, synchronous, negative, charge pump)\n- DAC and ADC\n\nFirmware/software programming experience (Python, C, C++) \nExcellent debugging and problem solving skills\nExperience with typical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, waveform generators)\nReliable self-starter who can work autonomously \nStrong communication skills (written and verbal)\nFocused on delivering measurable results\nSense of urgency and can efficiently manage priorities\nAt STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
