Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nPerform standard validations, time studies, method studies, and data collection to establish industrial engineering standards and identify productivity improvement opportunities.\nAnalyze operation sequence, material flow, labor utilization, and cost to improve manufacturing efficiency.\n Establish standard capacity for Test and Finishing equipment.\nConduct mid- to long-term Test and Finishing capacity analysis and forecast requirements for CAPEX and equipment allocation.\nProvide industrial engineering support for Tester OEE improvement and manufacturing cost reduction activities.\nApply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, capacity requirements, and production standards.\nUpdate, review, and maintain the IE database (IEDB) for capacity planning (LCRP), standard costing, cycle time, and process flow chart documentation.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nPhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.\nMore than 2 years of relevant working experience in Industrial Engineering.\nKnowledge and working experience in Work/Time Study, Capacity Analysis and Planning, Capital Investment Proposal and Execution, and Lean Manufacturing are highly advantageous.\nStrong understanding of Lean principles and data analysis techniques.\nProven ability to identify and implement process improvements.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\nExperience with SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.\nThe role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to improving manufacturing performance.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
