About the Role:
The Project Manager - Re-Entry will lead and coordinate initiatives aimed at supporting individuals transitioning back into society, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably within social services or re-entry programs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working directly with re-entry populations or within the criminal justice system.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of community resources and social service networks.
- Experience with data analysis and program evaluation techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage re-entry projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, counselors, and external partners, to deliver comprehensive support services.
- Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet goals.
- Engage with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and participants, to foster collaboration and gather feedback.
- Analyze project data and outcomes to assess effectiveness, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
