Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nSupporting QMT HR L&D ongoing initiatives.\nCore Responsibilities\nSupport the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform, helping keep content, resources, and navigation organized and up to date\nSupport coordination and knowledge management across L&D projects - consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, program leads) into structured, usable materials\nContribute to project administration and coordination activities as initiatives scale\nAct as a central point of reference for pulling together deliverables (presentations, plans, program materials) across project teams\nSupport design and execution of L&D related marketing & communication campaign through in person and ST internal social media channels\nProfile / Competencies\nStrong work organization capabilities junior project management mindset\nGood communication skills (written and oral)\nComfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment\nProficient user of Office Suite and other digital tools, including Share point and Power BI\nInterest in the L&D/HR space\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMasters Degree in Economics, Marketing, HR & Organization\nPrior professional experience a plus, especially in L&D arena\nExtensive knowledge of excel, office suite\nFluent in English and in another European language (Italian, French)\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
