Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nMaintenance Operations:Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and downtime.\nCoordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks.\n\nEquipment Management:Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance activities.\nEnsure timely procurement of parts and manage relationships with suppliers.\nMonitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.\n\nBudget Management:Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.\nTrack maintenance expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.\n\nCompliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.\nImplement corrective actions to address safety concerns.\n\nContinuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in Engineering, including Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment maintenance.\nExperience in resist stripping, wet chemical processes, surface treatment, or semiconductor plating processes is an advantag e.\nExperience in electroplating process optimization and troubleshooting is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of plating thickness control and uniformity management.\nExperience in chemical bath monitoring and process control.\n Familiarity with resist stripping and wet chemical processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.\nGood command of business English.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
