Working with specialist equipment and structured processes, you’ll help ensure every item is returned to the right place, at the right time, to the highest standard.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDelivering an efficient, safe and reliable barrier laundry service\nHandling and processing large volumes of laundry with accuracy and care\nMaintaining excellent hygiene standards in line with health & safety and infection control procedures\nKeeping laundry equipment, stores and working areas clean, organised and well maintained\nSupporting smooth day-to-day operations, including weekend working where required\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation\nOccasionally supporting inter-site laundry transport\nTaking pride in every item you process, because it matters to the people who receive it\nDriving Duties (Secondary Responsibility)\nDriving is not a core part of the role and will only be required when regular laundry drivers are unavailable (e.g. due to sickness or annual leave)\nWhen required, responsibilities will include driving a Luton van to support deliveries and collections\nThis vehicle can be driven on a standard car licence\nWorking Pattern\n18 hours per week, with flexibility in how hours are worked\nFlexibility is essential to provide cover for driver absences when required\nHow You’ll Work\nCommunication\nCommunicate clearly with colleagues across the team and wider organisation\nFollow processes and safety procedures accurately and consistently\nSupport a positive, respectful and professional working environment\nThinking & Problem Solving\nOrganise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment\nMaintain attention to detail while handling high volumes of work\nRespond calmly to changing priorities and support team needs\nWorking with Others\nBe part of a supportive, close-knit team that works in sync\nHelp colleagues where needed and contribute to a positive team culture\nTake pride in shared goals and high standards\nAbout You:\nYou’re someone who takes pride in doing work that matters and understands the importance of creating a positive, welcoming environment for others.
