You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.\nEquipment Set-up and Conversion\nMachine Optimization and minor repairs supporting attainment of Maintenance KPI (OEE, NEE, MTBI, Cost)\nSupport qualification for transferred and newly purchased machines\nSupport machine improvement, modification and electronic board repairs\nSupport special projects that will contribute to improvement of assigned area and as maybe assigned by immediate supervisor\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor's degree graduate of Engineering taking up EE/ME/ECE or similar technical vocational equivalent\nMinimum 1-year relevant experience in areas of Pre-assembly, Package Singulation, Die attach, Laser marking, Mold, Backetch and Plating handling machines from DISCO, KnS, ASM, MIT, TOWA, Hanmi, UCE, MECO\nExtensive knowledge of machine operation and set-up for the above Process\nKnowhow of Equipment OEE and MTBI \nKnowhow of Microsoft software tools, PLC, Power Bi and basic quality tools a plus factor\nEnglish business proficiency\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
