Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nPRODUCTION (Daily) · Operates machines in the assigned station and shift following established man to machine ratio: · Performs basic operations as defined in the Work Instructions (WI) · Supports and performs non machine operating production activities · Adheres to assigned task and schedule provided by Superior\nQUALITY (Daily) · Accomplishes all checklist items required preparatory to operations · Complies with all quality standards and procedures\nREPORTS (As Scheduled) · Completes all standard production transactions and log sheets · Provides inputs, reports abnormalities and suggests improvements relevant to assigned station · Adheres to compliance standards in completing all required documentation\nSAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, SECURITY, AND GOOD HOUSEKEEPING (Daily/As Needed) · Complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping and security in the area of responsibility to ensure that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
