Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct safety meetings and oversee shipboard safety management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Superintendents.
- Ensure all additional work is properly documented for quotation follow-up by estimators.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively.
- Open to Singapore Citizens only.
Other Information
- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- Work Week: 5 days, with occasional weekend work
- Working Hours: 7:25 AM to 5:00 PM
