Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nGraduate of bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or any related field\nWith a minimum of 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a similar environment (Reliability lab)\nMust have basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes\nWith knowledge on different REL machines\nProficient in MS office applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point\nYOUR ROLE\nLead the REL monitoring team\nKnows and understands the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots\nLoad and unload different REL machines\nPerform legwork assigned without supervision\nTrain colleagues on basic REL machine operation\nPrepare and provide reports\nCommunicate with internal customers\nPrepare loading plans\nPrepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval\nProfessional Attributes:\nAdheres to procedures and operating methods\nDisplays technical curiosity\nCommunicates clearly\nAble to work in shifting\nMust have the initiative and drive to learn\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
