Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nLeading project technically and responsible for project\nRegular Interaction with end customer (internal / external) and managing queries technically.\nDevelop and maintain RTL for digital blocks taking full ownership of self and team code\nWrite and run simulations to verify design functionality\nDebug functional issues and support integration\nCollaborate with verification and physical design teams\nSupport synthesis, lint, and timing checks\nDocument design behavior, assumptions, and interfaces\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\n4 -12 years of RTL Design using Verilog / System Verilog experience\nDigital electronics fundamentals\nSimulation and debug using testbenches and waveform analysis\nSynthesis awareness and basic knowledge of constraint-driven design along with timing closure\nASIC design flow\nProtocol understanding (if applicable: ACI, UART, SPI, I3C, etc.)\nEDA tools such as Lint, CDC, RDC - SpyGlass VC, Simulation - xcelium Synthesis, Power - Genus, Joules RTL coding - VS code SuperLint - Jasper Gold\nVersion control using GIT\nGood problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills\nExtensive knowledge of excel, office suite..\nEnglish business proficiency\nSOFT SKILLS REQUIRED\nEngage and collaborate with cross-functional teams\nGood level of autonomy, methodology and rigor\nGood team player with positive attitude\nSelf-motivated to find the solution on its own\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
