As a Senior Engineer in the Mobile-C4I Platform Division of our Defence Comms Business Unit, you will play an integral role in the design, development, and optimisation of advanced mobile command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) solutions. Your expertise will help strengthen reliable communication platforms that are critical to defence operations and national security.

• Carry out / support project activities during project implementation
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project implementation
• Able to resolve technical problems from opening until closure with minimum supervision
• Support in Vulnerability assessment and resolution
• Responsible in preparing and conducting acceptance tests
• Have good communication skills, be meticulous, organized in your work and be able to work well with tight deadlines
• Regularly maintain up-to-date project documentation

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic / Communications Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Defence communications or related sectors, particularly in mobile C4I systems.
• Strong proficiency in systems engineering principles, network architecture, and communication protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects, managing timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a systematic approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Defence industry standards and security clearances will be considered an advantage.
