Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are seeking an experienced NPI (New Product Introduction) / Project Management Leader to drive the successful development and transfer of new products from concept to high-volume manufacturing. The candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with deep manufacturing process knowledge and will act as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, quality, suppliers, and business teams.\nThe ideal candidate should possess minimum 10 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, with proven success leading cross-functional NPI programs, process qualifications, and product commercialization.\nLead end-to-end NPI programs from R&D/Div engagement through product qualification to production ramp.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.\nDrive cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, quality targets, and customer commitments and customer specific requirements\nServe as the primary focal point for Div during product development and qualification phases.\nConduct regular project status reviews with management and various stakeholders.\nManage project risks, change requests, and escalation activities\nIdentify and resolve process-related technical challenges during NPI and production ramp\n\nDrive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies\n\nMaintain strong awareness of emerging industry trends, technology roadmaps, and market developments relevant to semiconductor packaging, assembly, and advanced manufacturing.\n\nContinuously evaluate and benchmark new manufacturing technologies, materials, equipment capabilities, and process innovations to support business growth and competitiveness\n\nAble to handle pressure of tight timelines\n\nAble to travel under business needs\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMinimum 10 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.\nMinimum 5 years leading NPI or cross-functional projects.\nExperience in semiconductor assembly, IC packaging, electronics manufacturing, OSAT, EMS, automotive electronics, or advanced manufacturing preferred.\nExperience in industry evolution and technological needs\nProven track record managing multiple NPI projects from development through mass production.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
