Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nJob Description\nYou will be part of theSupply Chain Organization, driving cross-functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Groups in the Sales and Operations plan (S&OP) and Long-Term planning processes.\nYou will have direct impact on strategic capacity and supply decisions and the opportunity to work on medium- and long-term planning topics.\nThe recruitment is open for Agrate, Castelletto and Rousset sites.\nYour main mission is to:\nBalance demand, supply, and inventory to support company objectives.\nBuild and maintain a shared company Sales and Operations plan, serving as the baseline for execution.\nDesign and model the end-to-end supply chain \nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze demand and supply across the full value chain, identifying constraints, risks and opportunities to support business and manufacturing decisions.\nDevelop S&OP scenarios and drive actions for improvement.\nDesign and model end-to-end supply chains in collaboration with Product Groups and Manufacturing, embedding:New product ramp-up strategies\nProduct transfers\nQualification and loading of new manufacturing sources\n\nDefine and maintain inventory strategies (targets, buffers, positioning) in collaboration with execution team and aligned with service level, supply and financial objectives.\nEnsure quarterly alignment between Sales and Operations execution, Sales and Operations plan, especially on manufacturing plans and inventory, highlighting and explaining main deviations.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of planning models, assumptions, and processes \nProfile & Requirements\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering\nExperience (or strong internship/apprenticeship exposure) in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Capacity Planning - more than 2 years\nStrong analytical skills and ability to:Interpret demand signals, capacity constraints, and inventory dynamics\nBuild and compare what-if scenarios and quantify impacts.\nAnalyze data, strategic thinking, drive decision-making\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and with planning tools\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills; able to challenge assumptions and facilitate alignment among Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Product Groups. \nComfortable to work closely with senior leaders discussing S&OP scenarios and strategic decisions.\nFluent in English (spoken and written).\nThe expected salary range for this position if based in Italy is €45,000 - €55,000 gross annual salary (RAL).\nIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
