Our technology starts with you.\nJob Purpose\nWe are seeking a highly qualified Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to support innovation activities and technical development within the organization.\nThe incumbent will contribute to the design, development, validation, and integration of AI-based solutions in an industrial and technological environment, ensuring consistency with company standards, engineering practices, and quality requirements.\nThe position requires a solid technical background, a structured and analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to contribute to both experimental and industrialized activities.\nMain Responsibilities\nDevelop and validate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for technical applications\nAnalyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into AI use cases\nSupport the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows\nCollaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to define robust and scalable solutions\nEvaluate model performance and define optimization actions\nContribute to proof of concepts, prototypes, and industrialization phases\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and best practices\nPrepare technical documentation and present results to stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline\nProven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics\nStrong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages\nExperience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent\nGood understanding of data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and spoken English\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nMore than 5 years of experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in embedded AI, edge AI, or industrial AI solutions\nKnowledge of cloud environments and MLOps practices\nFamiliarity with software development processes and version control tools\nExperience in complex international technical environments\nPersonal Profile\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nProactive, curious, and innovation-driven mindset\nAbility to manage priorities and work under deadlines\nCommitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
