Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nLead Test and Finishing process engineering group to support daily line operation and spearhead improvement actions to address various shopfloor or customer issues and concerns. Part of your role are the following:\nYield monitoring and improvement\nLine support & daily operations - validation, investigation, analysis & lot disposition\nHold lots monitoring, review and MRB facilitation\nCustomer Incident (CI) and excursion handling\n8D handling and review\nPCMS handling for process-related initiated changes\nShopfloor personnel Process Qualification\nNVA reduction & process simplification\nNPI qualification Support\nAnti-mixing controls establishment\nInternal & External Audit preparations\nPFMEA ownership (Review and management)\nControl Plans - review and alignment with Process Control Team\nOCAP review and management\nTnF Specs and General Operating Procedure\nProcess Work Instructions - creation, review and management\nTFI review and approval\nSPC monitoring & Process Capability Study\nError Proofing controls establishment\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Electronics or other related engineering sciences\n5 years minimum experience in a test manufacturing environment as a process engineer is an advantage\nExtensive knowledge and use of microsoft office software (excel, powerpoint, word, etc) & big data analysis software (power BI, etc)\nEnglish business proficiency in writing and presenting\nSemiconductor / electronics test - Device testing, ATE familiarity, final test\nTest process development - Test flow definition, test procedure creation, process optimization, yield improvement, reduction of test time\nData analysis - Statistical analysis, SPC, Pareto analysis, trend analysis, failure analysis, yield monitoring\nQuality / manufacturing tools - FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, fishbone analysis\nDocumentation - Writing test specs, process instructions, validation reports, change control documentation\nIndustry standards - automotive quality methods, ISO/IATF exposure, SPC/lean manufacturing\nStrong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting, ability to isolate root causes\nClear reporting of issues, ability to explain technical topics to non-specialists\nWorking with design, product, quality, manufacturing, and vendors\nProactive follow-up, accountability, driving issues to closure\nHandling changing priorities, production constraints, and fast-paced environments\nManaging multiple test issues, deadlines, and ramp-up activities\nLooking for cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, cost reduction\nSupporting production issues and urgent escalations calmly and effectively\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
