This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a designer and can build like an engineer.\nResponsibilities \nBuild production-quality UI components and interactions that delight musicians and producers\nRapidly prototype new concepts to test ideas before committing to a full build\nOwn the quality of UI across our suite of audio products - pixel-perfect execution and interactions that feel great in an artist's hands\nWork with product, engineering, and audio research to figure out what's possible and shape where the product goes\nBuild design systems and component libraries that help the whole team ship faster across desktop, web, plugin, and mobile\nQualifications \nYou're equally comfortable in Figma and your code editor\nYou have strong front-end engineering skills: React, TypeScript, Next.js, CSS, animations\nYou have a sharp eye for detail and care deeply about craft\nYou've shipped polished products and know what it takes to get from 90% to 100%\nYou move fast - prototyping ideas in hours, not days\nYou think in systems, not one-off screens\nYou're genuinely excited about AI and want to help define how the future of creative tools works\nNice to have\nExperience building creative tools, audio or music software, or other complex products\nA design background or formal design training\nExperience with plugins, native UI frameworks (SwiftUI, JUCE, Tauri), or shipping cross-platform apps\nFamiliarity with DAWs, MIDI, Web Audio, or music production\nInterview Process\nAs part of the interview process, you'll be asked to present examples of your design work and participate in a design review.
