We are looking for a Head of Technology to lead our engineering organization and drive the overall technology strategy. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on architect with expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native distributed systems while leading high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the technology roadmap and architecture strategy.
  • Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, architects, and technical leads.
  • Stay hands-on with system design, code reviews, and critical development.
  • Drive cloud adoption, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 12-16+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in technology leadership.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, or C#.
  • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, system design, APIs, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to AI/LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and LangChain/LangGraph is a plus.
  • Proven experience building engineering teams and architecting products from 0 to 1
