Telesales Executive

Stable Money is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to promote and sell Fixed Deposit (FD) and bond investment options to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Educate customers about the benefits of investing through Stable Money.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable plans.
• Explain interest rates, tenure options, and returns in a clear and convincing manner.
• Handle customer objections and queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
• Stay updated with company policies, financial products, and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, telesales, or financial product sales (experience in FD / bonds sales is a plus).
• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of Fixed Deposits and financial investments is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Regional language knowledge will be an advantage.
