In this role you will incorporate AI to scale yourself and ensure the organization can produce high quality work that is on-message, on-brand and never outdated. You will report to the Head of Growth and work cross functionally with product, engineering, sales, success and the founders of the company.\nWhat you'll own\nPositioning & messaging\nOwn Stable’s category story, competitive positioning, and messaging across all segments, from founders & solopreneurs to large enterprises\n\nDefine and maintain ICPs and buyer personas for each segment, including the jobs-to-be-done and enterprise buying committee\n\nEnsure sales, marketing, product, and leadership are all telling the same story to the market\n\nOwn messaging across the website, pricing page, and key in-product moments like onboarding, partnering with design and growth teams to test and improve conversion\n\nProduct & platform\nAct as the bridge between product and go-to-market so the whole team knows what is being built, why it’s being built, and when it’s shipping\n\nDefine how our products fit together, how they’re sequenced, and how our platform narrative evolves as we add more products to the Stable portfolio\n\nPartner with Product and Finance teams on pricing and packaging design\n\nEnablement & Launches\nEnable sales and customer-facing teams with talk tracks, objection handling, and proof points that improve meeting conversion and win rates, and train them on new launches so they can articulate the value to customers\n\nBuild and maintain sales assets including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and competitor comparison pages\n\nBuild and run the launch tiering framework and launch calendar, aligning the level of GTM investment to the impact of each release\n\nDrive go-to-market strategy for new products and major feature launches, including messaging, enablement, resource updates, and metrics\n\nCompetitive & customer insight\nRun competitive analysis across third- and first-party data and maintain a repository of competitive intelligence\n\nMine call transcripts, win/loss data, churn reasons, customer interviews, and product usage data to inform how our messaging and positioning evolve\n\nBuild a customer proof engine, including case studies, testimonials, review site presence (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot), and a customer reference program\n\nRegularly audit how LLMs talk about Stable and partner with content to improve sentiment and message accuracy\n\nMeasurement & systems\nOwn and report on PMM performance metrics, including competitive win rates, new product adoption, and pipeline/revenue influenced\n\nBuild and maintain AI systems that equip the entire GTM team to rapidly produce on-brand work without PMM in the loop\n\nRequirements\n5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company\n\nExperience at organizations selling to both SMB/self-serve and enterprise buyers\n\nA track record of positioning work that measurably moved win rates, conversion, or adoption\n\nEqual comfort partnering with and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience leading launches end to end, from messaging through enablement and post-launch measurement\n\nComfort with data and the ability to self serve insights\n\nHands-on experience building with AI tools and curiosity about how buyers conduct research in the age of AI\n\nSharp, concise writing, and excellent communication skills\n\nExperience with multi-product or platform positioning is a strong plus\n\nWho you are\nDriven by impact: You believe in building programs that deliver real business results, not just surface-level activity.\n\nRelationship-oriented: You’re energized by people, and naturally build trust through clear communication, consistency, and value delivery.\n\nExperiment and optimize: You love testing new things, iterating on what works, and constantly looking for leverage.\n\nAutonomous and resourceful: You take ownership and move fast -
