This is mandatory to be considered for our vacancy. \nWhat You'll Do\nSupport cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments.\nTroubleshoot basic infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-environment issues.\nWrite and maintain scripts and automation using Bash, Python, or similar tools.\nWork with Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.\nSupport containerized applications using Docker.\nMonitor applications and infrastructure and investigate logs, alerts, and basic performance issues.\nAssist with cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nFollow established processes for security, secrets management, IAM, and operational best practices.\nCollaborate with software engineers to improve deployment and development workflows.\nUse Git and version-control practices as part of day-to-day development.\nDocument technical work, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.\nLearn and work with new technologies as projects and client requirements evolve.\nUse generative AI responsibly to improve productivity, troubleshooting, automation, and technical problem-solving.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Technical Skills\nWe’re looking for candidates who have practical experience or a solid foundation in:\nLinux/Unix and command-line environments.\nGit and version control.\nBasic scripting with Bash, Python, or a similar language.\nFundamental CI/CD concepts, including pipelines, builds, testing, and deployments.\nBasic knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nNetworking fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, ports, and basic TCP/IP concepts.\nDocker and basic container concepts.\nMonitoring, logging, or observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch.\nBasic cloud security concepts, including IAM, secrets management, and access control.\nExperience using generative AI tools as part of technical work and problem-solving.\nNice to Have\nExperience with any of the following is a plus:\nTerraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.\nKubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.\nCI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Jenkins.\nAnsible or other configuration-management tools.\nAWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, or CloudWatch.\nInfrastructure monitoring, alerting, or incident-response practices.\nYou do not need to be an expert in all of these technologies. We value strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.\nWhat the Work Looks Like\nThis is a DevOps-focused role, with approximately:\n80-90%: Infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, deployments, and operational support.\n10-20%: Scripting and application-related technical support.\nLittle to no frontend development is expected.\nNo specific industry or domain experience is required.
