The Product Manager will own the definition, execution and delivery of critical areas of the STACK web application. They will facilitate collaboration between a cross-functional team (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Success) and use data driven insights to evolve our product and strategy. \nWhat You'll Do:Own and drive product development and delivery of critical areas of the STACK web application \n\nWork with leadership to define and align teams around a product strategy \n\nIdentify opportunities to improve takeoff, estimating, bidding, preconstruction, and project workflows\n\nPartner closely with our AI/Machine Learning, and Computer Vision Engineers\n\nTranslate STACK’s product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, working closely with engineering to iterate in an agile environment \nIdentify and direct investment to the highest ROI activities; must be able to scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact \nLead a cross-functional team to define, scope, schedule and assess performance of new STACK capabilities and deliver real solutions with quick time to market \nDefine the scope of projects, facilitate discussions and drive discussions \nTrack initiative milestones and schedules to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget and communicate status \nWork closely with delivery teams to manage risk and ensure delivery is on schedule and high quality and producing the desired outcome \nLead and contribute to maturing product thinking, processes and tooling within the organization \nWhat You Bring:8+ years of experience owning and managing the development and delivery of high-quality software \n\nProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle \n\nUnderstanding of construction processes such as estimating, digital takeoff, bidding, preconstruction, labor and material costing, project management, or field operations\n\nDeep understanding of at least one specialty trade, strong preference for experience in: Concrete, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical\n\nDemonstrated experience in developing product and marketing strategies and experience effectively communicating to executive leadership audiences \nMust have experience with product usage tracking, prioritization, planning and scheduling tools \nMust have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams \nCritical thinker with the strong ability to problem solve and must have willingness to be hands-on, roll up sleeves to get job done \nMust have strong attention to detail \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nWho You Are\nA product leader who takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just roadmap\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one\n\nHighly collaborative, with strong communication across technical and non-technical teams\n\nPassionate about building products that solve real customer problems\n\nEnergized by fast-paced, high-impact environments\n\nHow We Work (AI-First)We operate with an AI-first mindset.
