The Role: 

The Junior Performance Media Buyer is a key member of the StackMedia team and is responsible for delivering smart, innovative, and performance-driven digital campaigns for its clients. At StackCommerce, we're building something different: content funnels that pair our clients with respected publisher brands, turning that trusted editorial voice into real third-party credibility for the brands we work with.

The Junior Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for planning and executing digital ad campaigns across a variety of mediums that include but are not limited to social, native, programmatic, email, newsletter, sponsored content, influencer partnerships, and more with the goal of achieving clients specific goals. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, organized, accurate, and able to problem-solve. They take the lead in identifying and adopting successful strategies, platforms, or experiments in order to drive performance. They are adaptable and easily adopt new strategies and have a passion for testing and experimentation.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and launch digital campaigns on ad networks
  • Spearhead campaign set up, ideate/brainstorm creative & content assets, and optimize campaigns with the goal of hitting the client-specific KPIs.  
  • Partner with specialty teams to ensure cohesive Digital campaign launch where necessary.
  • Assist with providing supporting content for recommended partners and programs to the Planning and Planning Strategy team for plan recommendations to clients.
  • Pre-campaign checks and balances to ensure all media is measured accurately.
  • Ongoing management of campaigns by compiling campaign performance data to provide optimization recommendations.
  • Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stake holders..
  • Identify new ad networks for testing 
  • Process and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplace.
  • Understand analytics and data, and use them to create compelling content/campaign strategies

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of Digital Media Planning and/or Buying experience. With specific experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok
  • Experience and confidence in identifying underperforming campaigns/assets in a variety of different funnels/structures and taking action on executing optimizations to hit client KPIs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-Starter/demonstrates initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with others.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The physical and mental requirements to meet the above-listed job responsibilities.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
