As an authorised AI CERTs® training partner, we also prepare learners for globally recognised AI certifications.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Program & Growth Lead \n\nLocation: Lagos \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nThe role\n\n You will own two things: the quality of every program we deliver, and revenue growth pipeline. A strategic problem-solver who will genuinelycare about the commercial outcomes. \n\n You will run academy operations from cohort design to launch, operations, and completion, and lead the sales and marketing team that generates and turns leads into paid enrolments.\n\n This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable with managing interns, instructors, students, and data.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nProgram:\n\n Plan, launch, and run cohorts, including calendars, curriculum, projects, instructors, and students.\n\n Recruit, coordinate, and review instructors and their performance.\n\n Own student success: attendance, progress tracking, completion, and feedback.\n\n Manage training partners and AI CERTs® partners' relationships.\n\n Design and launch new programs, with clear pricing and break-even targets.\n\n Handle program budgets and propose improvements to processes and tools.\n\nGrowth:\n\n Set enrollment targets for each cohort and own the funnel from lead generation to paid enrollment.\n\n Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, setting weekly targets and reviewing results.\n\n Keep the Zoho Bigin pipeline accurate, with clear stages, follow-up standards, and weekly reporting.\n\n Supervise lead generation and conversion across paid and organic channels with a focus on lead quality.\n\n Build B2B and community partnerships that bring in group and corporate enrolments.\n\n Report weekly and monthly to the CEO on enrolments, revenue, and performance.\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\n Minimum of 2 years in program management, operations, or growth, ideally in education, edtech, or training.\n\n Must have completed NYSC\n\n Strong leadership and people management skills.\n\n Proven experience leading or coordinating a sales or marketing campaign or similar, and hitting attendance, enrolment, or revenue targets.\n\n Able to work and think independently and proactively within a stipulated timeline.\n\n Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho Bigin, HubSpot or similar) and funnel metrics.\n\n Experience using workplace productivity tools and working with spreadsheets.\n\n Strong communication, with the ability to manage instructors, students, teams, and partners.\n\n Access to a PC, reliable internet, and backup power.\n\n Forward-thinking and execution driven.\n\n Must reside in mainland Lagos.\n\nAdvantageous:\n\n Familiarity with AI, data, or professional certification programs.\n\n Experience in cold outreach and business partnerships.\n\n Network of professional communities\n\nWhat success looks like:\n\n First 30 days: you have taken over the active cohorts and pipeline and understand the numbers.\n\n First 90 days: a repeatable cohort launch process is in place, and the sales and marketing team has clear targets and a weekly review.\n\n First year: cohorts consistently reach their enrolment targets, completion rate, and satisfaction targets.\n\nWhat we
