You will respond to enquiries, guide prospective learners to the programme that fits their goals and budget, and follow up until they decide.\nYou will be one of the first people a learner speaks to, so you should be warm and honest, and persuasive without being pushy.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMeet monthly enrolment and revenue targets.\nRespond promptly to leads from the website, social media, WhatsApp, email and ads.\nConvert leads who miss a cohort into our self-paced options or the next intake.\nSupport promotional events such as webinars\nRun discovery calls and follow up with prospects who have not yet registered.\nShare objections and feedback from prospects with the marketing and programme teams.\nExplain pricing, instalment options, schedules and refund or deferral terms accurately.\nUnderstand each prospect's background, goals and budget, and recommend the right programme, level or payment plan.\nKeep the CRM up to date with every lead, conversation and outcome.\n\nRequirements\n\nInterest in tech, data or AI.\n[1-3 years] of experience in sales, customer support, admissions or business development.
