Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ###HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT\nCreation and maintenance of network architectures for ETCS and other signalling systems on rolling stock\nDefinition, documentation and management of network designs, interfaces and communication concepts\nConfiguration and commissioning of onboard networks for ETCS equipment and other signalling systems\nCreation and maintenance of network configurations, VLAN concepts, IP addressing schemes and security configurations\nTechnical coordination and collaboration with System Engineering, Cyber Security, Vehicle Engineering, Approval & Certification and Commissioning teams\nAnalysis and troubleshooting of network and communication issues during integration, commissioning and operation\nSupport in system testing, vehicle acceptance activities and on-site fault diagnostics\nEnsuring configuration and change management of the network environment throughout the entire project lifecycle\nContributing to the continuous development of network standards, engineering guidelines and best practices\nHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical qualification\nSolid knowledge of Ethernet networks, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols\nExperience in designing and implementing network architectures and network configurations\nKnowledge of ETCS systems, Train Communication Networks (TCN) or railway communication systems is an advantage\nExperience in analysing network data using relevant diagnostic and monitoring tools\nExperience in configuring Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches and integrating them into network architectures\nExperience with cybersecurity solutions, security monitoring and vulnerability management\nKnowledge of OT/industrial networks and safety-critical systems is an advantage\nGood understanding of relevant standards, regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, TS 50701, CRA)\nStructured, solution-oriented and independent way of working\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken;
