Technical Project Manager

In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our US-based department managers and our development team in Armenia. You will co-lead project management efforts alongside ownership, ensuring that tech-based solutions are effectively developed to address operational challenges. We are looking for a proactive candidate with a strong technical background who can keep our projects moving smoothly and on track.

Shift Details & Compensation

• Pay: $20-$25 USD/hr based on experience (20-40 hours a week).

• Classification: You are responsible for Individual Entrepreneur registration (Micro-Enterprise Regime or IT / High-Tech Certification)
• Schedule - Onboarding Phase: The first 3-5 weeks will require a heavier alignment with US business hours (California/Pacific Time) to ensure a strong knowledge transfer.
• Schedule - Post-Onboarding Hybrid Schedule: Following onboarding, the schedule will transition to a flexible, split-week model to overlap with both core teams. Expect to spend 2-3 days working standard US hours (e.g., 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, or partial shifts like 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM PT) and 2-3 days working Armenia hours to ensure seamless integration.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Project Manager who can bridge operations, engineering, and AI-driven automation. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our US-based department managers and our development team in Armenia. You will lead the development of our proprietary app while simultaneously identifying and implementing workflow automations across the business. You should be equally comfortable managing developers, building automations yourself, and experimenting with modern AI tools to improve efficiency at scale.
