The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail, delivering pixel-perfect solutions across multiple platforms while leveraging modern AI-assisted development workflows.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nYou’ll be the kind of person who:\nLead end-to-end development projects, from architecture and planning through deployment and ongoing optimization.\nDevelop custom web applications and proprietary internal platforms that support business operations and client services.\nBuild and maintain websites and applications across WordPress, Magento, and Shopify.\nTranslate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end implementations.\nDevelop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and bespoke functionality tailored to client requirements.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code or similar agentic development platforms, to enhance productivity and code quality.\nManage and deliver technical SEO requirements, including:Core Web Vitals optimization\nSite speed improvements\nTechnical audits\nWebsite migrations with minimal risk to rankings and traffic\n\nCollaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure technical excellence across all projects.\nContribute to technical decision-making and help shape the agency's development standards and processes.\nMaintain high standards of documentation, code quality, and remote collaboration.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\nMinimum 10 years of professional full-stack development experience.\nAdvanced expertise in PHP and MySQL.\nStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.\nExtensive experience with:WordPress (custom theme and plugin development)\nMagento\nShopify\n\nProven experience building custom web applications beyond traditional CMS development.\nExperience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies.\nStrong understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and website migration best practices.\nExperience managing complete development lifecycles from planning through deployment.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated success working independently in a remote environment.\nPreferred Experience\nPrevious digital agency experience.\nExperience working within regulated industries such as iGaming, finance, legal, healthcare, or other compliance-driven sectors.\nExperience developing internal business tools and proprietary software platforms.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe successful candidate is a highly skilled developer who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
